Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy for personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that Wooddi Design (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) may receive from the Internet User (hereinafter referred to as the User) during their use of the Site located on the Internet at https://wooddi.design (hereinafter referred to as the Site). Using the Site means unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified therein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from providing their personal data to the Operator.

1. Personal information of the User


a. Personal information that the User provides about themselves when filling out and sending feedback forms and/or using the online chat on the pages of the Site: full name, email address, telephone number and address, for legal entities - the name of the legal entity and location.

b. c. The Operator generally does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by Users and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information required by the Operator and keeps this information up to date.

2. Purposes of collecting and processing the User's personal information


a. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the User.

3. Terms of processing the User's personal information and transferring it to third parties

4. Final Provisions


a. If the User decides to provide the Operator with any information (any data), the User undertakes to provide only reliable and up-to-date information and has no right to mislead the Operator with respect to his or her identity, or provide false or inaccurate information about himself or herself.

b. The Operator shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions by third parties.

c. The processing of personal data is carried out upon achieving the processing goals or in the event of loss of the need to achieve these goals, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

d. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without notifying the User and other participants in the work of the Site. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided.
